建議使用80-100目厚膜網(wǎng)版進(jìn)行印刷5-8次，立體效果更為突出。
印刷完畢后應(yīng)及時清洗網(wǎng)版，否則會因厚板漿粘著性太好，造成網(wǎng)版無法使用。
水洗測試前應(yīng)確保印花完全干透，否則會影響測試效果。
80-100mesh thick film screen is used for 5-8 times of printing, with more prominent stereo effect.
After the printing is completed, timely clean the screen, otherwise the screen cannot be used due to the superb thick paste adhesion.

適用于經(jīng)過防水處理的尼龍物品，如各種運(yùn)動服、休閑服、包裝、晴雨傘等。
印好花紋，手感極好，牢度佳，成膜好。
Applicable to nylon materials with water treatment, such as a variety of sportswear, casual clothes, packaging, umbrella, etc.
The printed patterns have superb feel, good fastness and good film.
絲網(wǎng)選用80-120目左右為佳。
BE819可根據(jù)所需的色彩和色度加入適量色漿，一般情況加3-5%。
需要特殊牢固度，使用前加1%的BE-868A交聯(lián)劑攪拌均勻。
The 80-120 mesh screen is preferred.
Proper amount of color paste is added according to the required color and chromaticity, generally 3-5%.
Special fastness is required, 1% of BE-868A cross-linker shall be added to stir.
BE819尼龍透明漿
BE819 nylon transparent pulp
該漿效果同于BE817，適用于承印淺色尼龍物品。
該漿與其它透明漿相比，有它特殊的牢度和用途。
The paste effect is the same as BE817, suitable for printing light color nylon items.
Compared with other transparent paste, the paste has special fastness and purpose.

適用于化纖、梭織布印制白色花紋，可用機(jī)印（圓網(wǎng)機(jī)、平網(wǎng)機(jī)）及絲網(wǎng)工藝。
遮蓋率強(qiáng)、白度好，高溫烘干不發(fā)黃，牢度好。
Applicable to the printing of white pattern of fiber and woven cloth, machine printing (cylinder machine, flat screen machine) and silk screen process.
Good cover ratio, good whiteness, high temperature drying without yellow, good fastness.
Applicable to light-colored fabric printing.
Featured by fast drying, good fastness.
可直接絲網(wǎng)印花。
絲網(wǎng)選用80-120目為佳。
如需要特殊牢固度，可加入7-10%的BE4200常溫粘合劑或160℃的高溫烘培。
天氣干燥，可加入少量甘油防止塞網(wǎng)。

該漿適用于印染廠織物如棉布、梭織布印白色花紋。
該漿效果略低于罩印乳膠漿，但成本低，適應(yīng)用戶大量應(yīng)用。
The paste is applicable to the white pattern of cotton cloth, woven fabrics of printing and dyeing mill.
The paste effect is slightly lower than overprint latex, low cost, suitable for the use of large number of users.
絲網(wǎng)選用80-100目為佳。
白度好，目度細(xì)，印深色織物遮蓋率強(qiáng)。
適用于機(jī)器印花，如平網(wǎng)機(jī)、圓網(wǎng)機(jī)，也可用于手工臺板絲網(wǎng)印刷。
印花時其它助劑，如尿素、甘油、柔軟劑、滲透劑酌情加入，一般印花不需要加入。
